About AGRIFACE Ltd

Agri Farmer Centre (AGRIFACE) Ltd was founded in 2017 under the the Law N° 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 governing companies. The Company was established by two entrepreneurs with aim to facilitate smallholder farmers in the grain and cereals value chains in Rwanda. Currently, AGRIFACE Ltd operates in the food processing, food trade, Feed manufacturing and agricultural services which contribute to the mission of the company.

Theory of Change

Our theory of change is built on four pillars of our business and has encompassed clear goals, stakeholder engagement, evidence-based strategies, and continuous evaluation. This ensures a shared vision and direction for all involved. Stakeholder engagement fosters collaboration, ensuring that the perspectives and needs of all parties are considered. Evidence-based strategies provide a solid foundation for our actions, leveraging methods and data to drive impact. We aim at evaluating our processes for real-time adjustments and learning, ensuring that the approach remains relevant and effective over time.
